Every country in the world approaches health care differently, but the end goal is the same: keep citizens as healthy as possible for the smallest amount of money. Some countries pay a lot for health care, but see little benefit for those expenditures among their citizens. Others, at least by these metrics, are finding ways to reach both goals. This is a look at 12 countries around the world, examining how far the money they are spending on health care is going towards effecting the health of their citizens.
